  • What materials do you print on? We offer premium wall art across three formats: gallery-wrapped canvas, fine art paper, and posters. Each is produced using high-quality RGB printing techniques to ensure vibrant colours and lasting durability.

  • Are your prints ready to hang? Canvas prints come gallery-wrapped with a floating finish for a professional gallery-style presentation and are ready to hang straight out of the box. Fine art paper prints are carefully packed as a roll and shipped either framed or unframed based on your preference. Posters are also available framed or unframed, giving you the flexibility to choose the presentation that matches your space.

  • Do you offer framing options? Yes, we offer real oakwood frames imported from Italy for a premium, gallery-quality finish that complements our curated collections.

  • What is RGB printing? We use RGB (Red, Green, Blue) printing technology, which produces a wider colour gamut and more vibrant, true-to-life colours compared to traditional CMYK printing. This ensures your wall art looks stunning with rich, accurate tones.

  • What is Giclée printing? Giclée is a high quality printing method that uses archival inks and premium materials to produce prints with exceptional detail and colour accuracy, so your artwork looks really sharp and true to the original. On our canvas prints, it means the image is printed on archival grade canvas (a poly cotton blend) with a matte or satin finish, and it's designed to last for generations.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Where do you ship? We deliver across the UK and Europe at the monument, but we will be shipping worldwide bring our curated art collections to customers very soon!

  • How long does delivery take? Most orders are fulfilled within 2-5 business days, with shipping times varying by location. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Orders & Returns

  • Can I return or exchange my print? All our products are made to order, so we don't accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, or if the wrong size, colour, or artwork was selected during ordering. However, if your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll provide a free replacement or full refund. To request a replacement or refund for a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@theframegain.com within 30 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue, a photo of the barcode label on the packaging, and your order number. We reserve the right to review all damage claims and may request additional photos or information to assess the issue.
  • Do you offer custom sizes? Our prints are available in standard sizes optimised for quality. If you need a custom size, please reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Care & Maintenance

  • How do I care for my print? Keep prints away from direct sunlight to prevent fading, and dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid hanging in high-humidity areas like bathrooms without any air vents.
